Each Meditation
Memento comes with a © pewter
object and a mediation card. The card includes a
© reflection, questions for pondering/journaling and
a
prayer. Pewter mementos are 1.5 to 2 inches high.
Prayer cards measure 4..25" by 5.5".

Hold the pewter memento in your hand
as you journey through your meditations. This will help
you focus your thoughts and prayer. Begin by thinking
about the reflection statement. Then choose a question or
two to ponder (from the back of the card). The questions
are designed to be used over a period of time. Choose
one question or set of questions for each meditation/
prayer session. We recommend journaling your reflections
to clarify your thoughts and deepen your experiences.
End your meditation with your own prayer and the
one provided.
